There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The Calm ADHD Blueprint for a minimum of 24 hours and be able to show the following:
Your proof of purchase of The Calm ADHD Blueprint from Mighty Moms Collective.
Completion of the full The Calm ADHD Blueprint (verifiable by Mighty Moms Collective).
Refund Request Deadline:
You must lodge your claim within the first 30 days of purchasing The Calm ADHD Blueprint. For example, if you purchased the product on March 1, 2025, the refund would need to be lodged on or before March 30, 2025 for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
Miscellaneous:
"You", "Your" and "Yours" for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the product.
All currency references mean US dollars.
Mighty Moms Collective reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
Mighty Moms Collective has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.
Mighty Moms Collective reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Mighty Moms Collective to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Mighty Moms Collective has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.
If a claim is approved, Mighty Moms Collective will process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
